Funny candle for the man in your life!I bought this for my brother in law for Christmas. We all got a good laugh from it while opening presents. But then my sis in law decided to light it. It actually smelled pretty good! It didn't fill the room with aroma but in the area of the kitchen I could smell it. I loved it and they both loved it. I wish it smelled a little stronger but it was good for a small area. And a laugh!

I'm not actually burning this candle, but warming it on a candle hotplate, so I am not experiencing any of the burning difficulties found by other users. Not only does it look nice, but it smells delicious and it makes people who read the label laugh. This is exactly what I wanted to a T, and it's not very expensive, either. I'll probably give this as a gift at some point in the near future.

Smells like the holidays to me! My only complaint about this candle is that it burns too fast. I may have a defective wick and I should e-mail the company, but I keep forgetting. The candle is 1/3 burnt and I cannot light it without having a mini camp fire a few moments later. I buy candles from this company regularly. They all smell heavenly.

Ablaze for DayzHot Damn! I am so stoked on this candle! The product arrived prompt and packaged excellent. I immediately fired it right up.... The aroma that takes over the room it is burning in is quite serene. It smells wonderful and generates a romantic or calming vibe in a dark room. Hey, I've been burning this thing during the day, too!I've had it for a couple weeks, and it still has half the jar remaining... I expect it to burn for another couple weeks. I go through candles so quickly, I am extremely pleased with this particular candle considering the long life. If this brand of candle continues to reproduce the same results, this is definitely going to be my go-to candle from now on!!! I am going to buy other scents, in addition to this apple pie cinnamon vanilla (cause these scents are my favorite) before my first candle is fully consumed.I highly recommend this product.
To burn or not to burn... that is the question!!!
I bought this item for a small birthday gift for a new friend- and when it came and I opened it- the smell took over my brain. I thought to myself... should I just burn this (becauise I was DYING TO) and risk not getting another one in time for the birthday dinner- or just put it away and wait for my own... Needless to say.. I did not burn it though I had to fight the urge like no other- and I ordered this and Smell My Nuts (bannana bread)online immediately. This candle smells SOOOO GOOD. Will definately buy more repeatedl, possibly until they stop making them. If I could give it ten stars I would, excellent homemade candle, love the jar and tin screw on lid. Hell, even the labels are cute.

TERRIFIC SMELL !
Handsome looking MUG ( JAR ) ! But the company doesn't provide information about removing the plastic piece that holds the wick in place I first thought it was to remain in place and lit the candle then realized something wasn't right. I blew it out and removed the piece ( a bit of a mess ) wasn't much of a wick left after this SOOOOOOOOOO now I have to see if it will hold up and relight again. If it doesn't I plan to inform AMAZON about this ! The JARS are wrapped in bubble wrap BUT I feel the company should tell you this plastic piece needs to be removed in the first place ~ Linda in New Jersey

How can I be sure some one else is not already using the same name for their candle company that I would like to name mine, and if they are then what? Is it possible to use the name anyway?
You will have to file for a DBA aka "doing business as"
You can try googling the name you want and then if nothing comes up file for that name. If you include your name in the title you won't have to file for one I think, like

SOUTH DEERFIELD - The private equity company that owns Yankee Candle Co. is preparing to sell it, the news service Reuters reported Wednesday, citing unnamed sources. It is the largest scented candle company in the world with $201. He sold 90 percent of his shares in the company in 1998 for an estimated $400 million. Kittredge II founded Yankee Candle in his parents' garage in South Hadley in 1969, and under his leadership it grew into a multimillion-dollar, year-round tourist destination. The company was acquired by the Chicago-based buyout firm Madison Dearborn Partners for $1. Yankee Candle has 1,600 employees at its headquarters and flagship store in South Deerfield and factory in nearby Whately.
